• What are the advantages of the distillation column,  produced by  BIODIESEL CRIMEA ltd, in comparison  with the similar equipment of the  other manufacturers?

Distillation column,  produced by Biodiesel-Crimea ltd, has the following advantages:

- High separation capacity of the column at relatively low height;

- Stable operation of the equipment during the technological process;

 - Possibility to receive tradable fractions of high quality  gasoline and diesel;

- Reduced weight and size dimensions in comparison with usual  industrial analogues.

• WHAT ARE THE  PRODUCTION TERMS?

If the rectifying column which you want to buy is in the stock of our company, then you can buy it immediately after completing of the payment procedures. If there is no equipment that you are interested in at stock, then the term of the equipment manufacturing is from 45 to 60 calendar days.

• WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY TERMS?

The manufacturer's warranty is 1 year.

• SPACE REQUIREMENTS

The rectifying column must be placed on the open ground. It is recommended to place the lifting equipment (crane) above the column for the technical maintenance.

• IS IT NECESSARILY TO TRAIN THE PERSONAL TO START THE OPERATING OF THE EUIPMENT?

Yes, it is. The representatives of BIODIESEL CRIMEA ltd provide the trainings for the personal of your company at your place.

• DELIVERY TERMS

The delivery of the Equipment is carried on the basis FCA Ukraine, Simferopol, referred to as INCOTERMS-2000.  Also we work on FOB (any port of Ukraine), CIF (any port in the Buyer's country), EXW Simferopol and DDU (any customs point in the Buyer's country) terms. The Buyer bears all expenses related to the cost of transport services provided by the Carrier. But we help our Partners to find the transport from Ukraine and organize the process of delivery ourselves. The customs clearance for export is made at the expense of BIODIESEL CRIMEA, including  customs fees, payment for the customs broker's services etc. The plant is supplied disassembled for the purpose of transportation. The installation and assembly of the equipment on the Buyers sites ARE NOT INCLUDED into the equipment cost.

• WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE TEST RUN OF THE EQUIPMENT AND TRAININGS FOR THE PERSONAL?

The  test run of the plant and the trainings for the Personal of the Buyer are provided by the engineers of the Manufacturer at the Buyer's place,  the Buyer is to pay for return tickets, accommodation and mission charges of our representatives.

• HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO DO THE START UP OF THE EQUIPMENT?

During the week from the moment of receiving the notification about the Buyer’s readiness to do the start-up. The process of test run itself is made by the specialists of our company within 1 day in case if the Buyer fulfilled the requirements to the working site.
