Rectifying column

The equipment of the batch rectification is intended to separate the product into fractions depending on their boiling points. The case is filled with liquid mixture and heated. Vapour flows upwards in the rectifying column and condenses at the top. Usually, the entire condensate is initially returned to the column as reflux. This contacting of vapour and liquid considerably improves the separation.

Processing of wastes of rubber-technical product (including tyres), wastes of polymers and wood wastes is based on the method of their heat treatment with the preliminary dividing into large parts, that provides the good passage of steam-gas mixture. At the end of the thermal processing the following products are received: fuel oil, charcoal, metal cord and gases.
