WHAT ARE THE  PRODUCTION TERMS?

If the pyrolysis plant FORTAN which you want to buy is in  stock of our company, then you can buy it immediately after completing of the payment procedures. If there is no equipment which you are interested in at stock, then the term of the equipment manufacturing is from 30 to 45 calendar days.

WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY TERMS FOR THE PYROLYSIS PLANTS MANUFACTURED BY BIODIESEL CRIMEA ltd?

The warranty term for the pyrolysis plants is 2 years.

DOES THE SPECIFICATION INCLUDE THE TIRE BEAD CUTTER?

According to the technology of BIODIESEL CRIMEA ltd  the diameter of the retort is designed  in a way to  comply with the diameter of the European  truck tire. The diameter of the retort is 1 m 16 sm. That is why the board parts are cut off the tires and put into one tire to increase the density of the loading. The tread part is loaded into the middle, unused diameter. So, there is no need to cut the tread part of the tires and respectively, there are no problems with knives replacement  and using of the additional equipment. There are no extra electricity charges. The using of a  tire bead cutter is undeniable plus of the technology, moreover, at the end of the pyrolysis process it is easier to separate metal cord from carbon black.

The  tire bead cutter is included into the complex of  FORTAN pyrolysis plant .

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

The plant is able to work in the open air at any weather conditions. Required space to operate the plant and to install other necessary equipment (reservoirs, lifting crane, primary products stock etc) is about 1500 m².The ground must be concrete, the thickness of the concrete should be not less than 15 sm.

IS IT NECESSARILY TO TRAIN THE PERSONAL TO START THE OPERATING OF THE PLANT?

Yes, it is. The representatives of BIODIESEL CRIMEA ltd do the start up of the plant as well as  the trainings for the personal of the Buyer at the Buyer's place. The return tickets, accommodation and mission charges are paid by the Buyer.

DELIVERY TERMS.

The delivery of the Equipment is  carried on the basis FCA Ukraine, Simferopol, referred to as INCOTERMS-2000. The Buyer bears all expenses related to  the cost of transport services provided by the Carrier. But we help  our  Partners to find the transport from Ukraine  and  organize the process of delivery ourselves. Also Biodiesel Crimea does the customs clearance (for export) at own account.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE TEST RUN OF THE EQUIPMENT AND TRAININGS FOR THE PERSONAL?

The price of the test run and trainings for the Personal are included into the contract value, the Buyer is to pay for return tickets, accommodation and mission charges of our representatives.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO DO THE START UP OF THE EQUIPMENT?

During the week from the moment of receiving  the notification about   the Buyer’s readiness to do the start-up. The process of test run itself is made by the specialists of our company within 1 day.

ARE THE ATMOSPHERE EMISSIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARDS PROVIDED FOR THIS KIND OF THE EQUIPMENT?

Emissions are 2 times less than it is allowed by standards. It became possible due to unique technology applied in the manufacturing of FORTAN complexes, indirect heating, complete  impermeability of the retort. The use of the pyrolysis gas to support the temperature in the retort as well as independence from external energy sources are also the pluses.

IS YOUR EQUIPMENT PATENTED?

The Equipment is protected with three patents:
